When a reservation is made, the General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry 2006 are considered as agreed.
A reservation is considered to be firmly booked when it has been made in writing and has also been reconfirmed by us.
It is recommended to take the reservation confirmation with you.
Single occupancy in a double room is possible depending on availability – please ask for prices.
Finally, we would like to note that room sketches and photos are examples and therefore small differences may be possible.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION
And if something does come up?
There are no costs up to two weeks before the start of your holiday.
From two weeks to one week before your arrival, 30% of the total package price will be charged.
For cancellations from one week to one day before the booked arrival date, a cancellation fee of 80% of the total package price will be charged.
Cancellations on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departures will be charged at 100%.
